In my opinion, five star reviews are hard to earn.  I don't give many of them, but this time is most definitely warranted.  We had a nasty water leak from our hot water heater which flooded the garage utility closet, seeped into the laundry room, and under the house.  Thank goodness Joe and his team arrived when they did!  They gave me a thorough investigation into the damage, and a game plan in the worst case scenario.  They immediately set forth to dry the space with their machines, and looked over the project for the four days of this adventure. This review is long overdue, but they deserve praise for excellent communication, fast responses, and their patience working with my mom, who has dementia and still lives in the house. They always followed up with me to verify facts, next steps, and payment. I also worked with them on a mold mitigation project at a condo we own. While I didn’t communicate with them directly, the board and property manager were very pleased. Their bid was significantly lower than the other three we received, yet their work covered everything needed with no hidden costs. That honesty and thoroughness mean everything to me. Cant say enough good things about the Dry Guys team and the contractors they involved  in remediating damage from a failed water heater at my home. Multiple systems were replaced and restoration complete in a matter of weeks. Let me start off by stating do not hesitate to contact Joe and Noah at Dry Guys!  They are as wonderful as all the reviews state.  They came to our house the same day I contacted them to help isolate a source of water damage.  While they couldn't discover the source, Joe coordinated with plumber and HVAC company (who also couldn't discover the source) to help me despite not being willing to accept any payment for his time.  Joe and Noah also came later to ensure everything was drying out properly.  They are honest, friendly and responsive.  What more could you ask for.
